Zombie Vulture are zombie animals found in every biome except the Snowy Forest biome. Zombie Vultures are semi-hostile; unlike other zombies, zombie vultures are more “restrained” in their hostility and typically only attack if the player is injured, during a Blood Moon, or if they are part of a POI. Zombie Vultures maneuver sluggishly, tending to fly high and occasionally swooping down to attack the player, although their top speed is still faster than the player. They have a high chance of infecting the player compared to other zombies.
